Retirer et laisser refroidir. Ajouter du sel, du poivre et le romarin. Entre-temps, faire bouillir le riz pendant 10 minutes dans de l\u2019eau sal\u00e9e. Faire fondre les oignons \u00e9minc\u00e9s avec 50\u00a0gr. Ajouter le riz aux oignons, verser un peu de sel et remplir le poulet. Mettre le poulet au four, verser le reste du beurre bien chauff\u00e9 et \u00bd tasse d\u2019eau.
