Das Gem\u00fcse gut waschen und mit einer Reibe bearbeiten. Zwiebel, Fleisch, Aubergine und Zucchini in den Topf geben und kurz anbraten. Dann den Reis, die Tomaten und etwas Wasser dazugeben und f\u00fcr 10 bis 15 Minuten kochen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Unterdessen die Paprika putzen, den Stiel und die Kerne entfernen. Die Paprika in einer Backform setzen und im Backoffen bei 200 Grade backen, bis sie Farbe nehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Paprika mit der gekochten Masse von Gem\u00fcse, Reis und Fleisch f\u00fcllen, in einer Backform geben. Den Rest der \u00fcbriggebliebenen Masse einfach in die Backform geben, damit die L\u00f6cher zwischen den Paprika gef\u00fcllt sind.
